
Subscriber agrees to release, defend and indemnify GEA from any claim that may arise from the Subscribers use of SmartHQ Service and any work performed by Subscriber in reliance on SmartHQ Service.Due to limited availability of SmartHQ Service communication Modules, GEA has no contractual obligation to fill this order.GEA will replace any purchased SmartHQ Service communication module shipped that fails to operate (as a result or normal use) within 1 year of purchase.

GEA will replace any purchased SmartHQ Service communication module shipped with manufacturing defects or that becomes obsolete due to system design changes within 1 year of purchase.The best resource for diagnosing issues or repairing a GEA Appliance is contacting GEA Factory Service or an Authorized GEA Service Technician.GEA does not guarantee that the SmartHQ Service System will provide any utility relative to repair of appliances. GEA does not guarantee that the use of SmartHQ Service will resolve any issues with any GEA manufactured appliance.GEA has the right to cancel this subscription at any time for any reason.Subscriber cannot market or advertise 1) the use of the SmartHQ Service in your work, 2) that you have been authorized by GEA to perform service with the SmartHQ or 3) use the GEA trademarks in any manner.

The purchase of this subscription and SmartHQ Service module does not mean the Subscriber is a GEA Authorized Service Technician or affiliated in any way with GEA.

GEA reserves the right to pursue any remedy available to it if the terms are breached in any way. A breach of this obligation may result in your subscription being revoked and your termination as a user of SmartHQ Service.
